Where is Mulligan’s Lagoon located in Surfside Beach?
We’re located at 735 Highway 17 South, Surfside Beach, SC 29575, right on the main highway between 8th Ave S and Surf Pine Dr S — just minutes from the Surfside Beach Pier and the ocean. We offer on-site parking, and you can reach us at (843) 839-9983 with any questions.

What are Mulligan’s Lagoon’s hours?
We’re open year-round, with longer hours in the summer (often until 10 or 11pm) and shorter hours in the off-season. The mini golf course is outdoors and weather permitting, while the arcade is indoors — so check our website here for the current day’s hours before you visit.

How many holes and courses are there?
We feature 36 holes across two brand-new 18-hole courses, set in a lush, tropical, beach-themed landscape. Each hole offers its own fun challenge, so you can play one course or take on both.

Is there really an arcade, too?
Yes — Ace’s Arcade is a huge part of the fun! We have nearly 50 games for all ages, including favorites like Halo, Jurassic Park, Wizard of Oz, Willy Wonka, The Fast & Furious, Bigfoot Crush, NBA Hoops, and a Nerf arcade. It’s the perfect way to keep the fun going after your round — or to cool off indoors.

How does pricing work, and how do I pay?
Golf and arcade play are purchased through our on-site kiosks using a play card. Arcade credit packages start at $20, and all pricing includes tax (there’s a small one-time fee for your first play card). Stop by the kiosk when you arrive, and check our website for current golf pricing.

Can I buy tickets online?
Our Surfside Beach location uses on-site kiosks rather than online sales, so you’ll purchase your golf and arcade credits when you arrive — no reservation needed. Walk-ins are always welcome.

What’s the theme of the course?
Mulligan’s Lagoon is a vibrant, tropical beach paradise with lush landscaping and a laid-back surf vibe. Along the way you’ll find playful features like a turtle, a crab, and even a unique water-hazard hole where sinking your ball in the water is part of the fun. It’s beautifully maintained from start to finish.

Is Mulligan’s Lagoon good for kids and families?
Absolutely — we’re a perfect fit for Surfside Beach, “The Family Beach.” Our courses are fun and challenging without being frustrating, and families love that there’s something for every age, from toddlers to grandparents. Is the course wheelchair and stroller accessible?
Yes — we were built with accessibility in mind, featuring an ADA-compliant main entrance, accessible parking, and no steps or stairs, and one of our courses is specifically designed to be handicap and stroller friendly. Everyone in the family can play together comfortably.

What is there for parents or non-golfers?
We’ve created a relaxation zone just for that! Kick back at the fire pit, enjoy the outdoor seating, or challenge someone to a game of cornhole while the kids play mini golf or blast away in the arcade. It’s a great spot to unwind.

Is Mulligan’s Lagoon a good rainy-day activity?
It’s one of the best around! Even when the weather isn’t cooperating for outdoor mini golf, our indoor, air-conditioned arcade with nearly 50 games keeps the whole family entertained — making us a go-to rainy-day option on the Grand Strand.

Do you have food or drinks?

How long has Mulligan’s Lagoon been in Surfside Beach?
We opened in September 2024 as a brand-new, built-from-the-ground-up attraction on Highway 17, on the former site of Adventure Falls Golf. As one of the newest additions to the South Strand, we’ve quickly become a local family favorite.

Is Mulligan’s Lagoon the only mini golf in Surfside Beach?
Yes — we’re proud to be Surfside Beach’s mini golf destination, and we’ve earned a reputation as one of the best overall courses on the South Strand, known especially for our theming and brand-new design.

What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable shoes and sunscreen are a good idea for the outdoor course, since it’s sunny on the coast. When you need a break from the heat, our indoor arcade is air-conditioned — the perfect place to cool down and keep playing.

Is Mulligan’s Lagoon open year-round?
Yes — being a newer, indoor-and-outdoor attraction, we’re open all year, with extended hours in the busy summer season and reduced hours in the off-season. Always check our website for the current schedule.
